About Us

The ORANGERIE EUGÉNIE is an elegant glass and steel structure inspired by the Pavillon Baltard” in reference to the halls that the architect Victor Baltard built in 1854 for Paris at the request of Napoleon III. He himself was influenced by his wife, the empress Eugénie, who was thrilled by the brand new “Crystal Palace” built in London.

Originally, the components of the pavilions were industrial standard products, which explains the large number of similar steel constructions / halls throughout France.

Nowadays, the frames of our orangeries preserve this rustic style that has become iconic, but sharper and more contemporary. The Orangeries are designed and manufactured for a long-term use.

The ORANGERIE EUGÉNIE with a single (four slope) roof, called PETIT PAVILLON” does not have any internal legs, which facilitates the movement of people and saves space.

The ORANGERIE EUGÉNIE with a double roof, called GRAND PAVILLON”, is equipped with a steel frame that is topped by a “lantern” to control both the light and the ventilation of the building.

The glass cladding of the walls of the Orangeries gives them a unique and transparent character.

The ORANGERIE EUGÉNIE is the ideal architecture for your prestigious events, but also for your private parties.
